Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Move products using powered industrial equipment and ensure safety procedures.
• Perform daily inspections, inventory checks, and handle paperwork per SOPs.
• Serve as backup to supervisor and cover additional duties as needed.
