Job summary

Kenco Logistics in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and supervise warehouse staff, ensure safety, and support operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and packing.

The role includes training, PIT certification, and coordinating daily tasks while backing up supervisors. A valid forklift license and 2+ years of warehouse experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates to fulfill daily tasks and lead by example.
• Train new warehouse staff and forklift drivers, and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products, load/unload, and store materials in designated areas.
• Complete shipping/tracking paperwork per SOPs and regulatory guidelines (DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.).
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
• Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks and ensure SQFI, FDA, and customer needs are met.
• Report incidents to supervisor and ensure proper product rotation.
