Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for the Weekend 2nd Shift (Friday - Monday, 2:00pm - 12:30am) to oversee warehouse operations and a team of associates in Texas.

The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, assigning tasks, coaching staff, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team; drive performance improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
• Support warehouse management and back up senior leadership as needed.
