Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment. The role supports a Monday–Friday 2:00pm–11:00pm schedule and entails coaching a team to maintain performance standards.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A strong emphasis on safety and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
