Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 12:00pm–8:30pm) to oversee a warehouse team and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll monitor productivity, assign tasks, coach staff, and enforce safety and policies.

This role offers growth toward supervisory responsibilities and the chance to drive efficient inventory control and customer service. Requirements include 2 years in a warehouse setting, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain inventory levels and ensure on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and drive performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Lead 8–9 employees and manage inbound/outbound activities.
