Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the weekend shift (Friday–Monday, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM) to oversee the warehouse team and ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and smooth operations.

You will train staff, delegate tasks, and implement performance improvements, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and WMS systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities; implement performance improvements as needed.
