Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for a Weekend shift (Friday–Monday, 6:00am–4:00pm) to oversee a warehouse team and ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of warehouse experience, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma is preferred, with overtime flexibility and supervisory experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
