Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee a designated team and area in the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations and accurate, timely order fulfillment. You will train staff, manage workloads, and uphold safety and policy compliance while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and proficiency with WMS and handheld scanners. Weekend shift opportunity is included, with a 5:30am–4:30pm Friday–Monday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; initiate performance actions as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain documentation.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
