Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the Weekend 2nd Shift (Friday - Monday, 2:00pm – 12:30am) in Arkansas. You will oversee the warehouse team, manage inventory levels, and ensure on-time order fulfillment while coaching staff and maintaining safety and policy compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, plus SAP and WMS proficiency. A high school diploma and flexibility for overtime are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely (e.g., reach truck, cherry picker).
• Provide support to warehouse management and track orders.
