Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Weekend 3rd Shift Lead to manage a warehouse team Friday to Monday, 9:00pm to 7:30am. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time orders. A strong focus on safety and customer service is required.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a warehouse, 1 year in supervision, and hands-on experience with SAP and WMS. The role includes a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities within GXO.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Utilize the WMS and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean 7S workplace.
• Work safely with the team.
