GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm) to oversee a warehouse team and ensure accurate inventory and on-time order completion.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse employees.
• Train and coach the team; facilitate performance improvement as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain proper documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce policies and safety.
