Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. The role involves cash handling and explaining rates, with a strong emphasis on friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with directions and reservations, and maintaining accurate ticket and key tag records. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or be within commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver guest amenities as applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, manage keys and claim checks, and handle revenue as needed.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and coworkers; greet guests and use last names in interactions.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
