Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our location. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and information with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in ticketing and revenue handling, and strong guest service skills. Flexible AM/PM shifts; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance from the state.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, prompt manner.
• Assist guests with luggage when applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and receipts.
• Perform all duties with accuracy and strong attention to guest experience; ensure smooth operations.
