Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and handling luggage when applicable. The role involves greeting guests, answering inquiries, and guiding them to local amenities while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Shifts run 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. You will manage ticketing, claim checks, and revenue as part of the valet process, ensuring accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Minimum 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Good customer service and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them by name when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and manage keys/receipts with accuracy.
• Maintain ticket information and revenue recording for valet operations.
