Job summary

Hercules is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for weekend coverage (Thu to Mon) to help top customers build and scale their apps. You will resolve customer app issues, improve our AI agent, and maintain knowledge bases while building automation to scale support.

Join a team that values strong TypeScript/React skills, web fundamentals, and clear written communication. In-office preference, with remote options for exceptional candidates able to work GMT+2 time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, pre-sales, support).
• Ability to close 50+ tickets per day.

Responsibilities

• Help resolve issues with customer apps and guide non-technical users.
• Improve product/platform by updating AI agent and platform after fixes.
• Maintain public and internal knowledge bases.
• Build automations to scale support throughput.
• Handle and resolve platform incidents during shift.
