Hercules is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for weekend coverage (Thursday to Monday) to help top customers build and scale their apps. You’ll resolve issues in customer apps, advise on architecture, and update our AI agent to prevent recurrence.

You’ll also maintain knowledge bases and build automations to handle high volumes of tickets. You’ll work with a TypeScript/React stack, cloud and database technologies, and be the first line for platform incidents during your shift.

Competenze

• Experience building and supporting web apps for customers (non-technical users).
• Strong debugging skills for production issues using logs and traces.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure architectures.

• Help resolve issues with customer apps and guide fixes in the app stack.
• Improve product and AI agent by updating platforms to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
