Hercules is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for weekend coverage (Thursday to Monday) to help our top customers build and scale their apps. You will resolve issues in customer apps and guide non-technical users, update our AI agent, and maintain documentation.

You will also build automations, handle platform incidents during your weekend, and has strong TS/React fundamentals, APIs, and databases. This fully remote role offers weekend Sydney hours with potential for role evolution.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in sales, pre-sales, or support.
• Ability to close 50+ tickets per day.
• Strong TS/React background and web fundamentals.
• Experience debugging production issues with logs and traces.
• Knowledge of APIs, authentication, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues in customer apps and guide non-technical users to resolution.
• Improve product/platform by updating AI agent and docs.
• Maintain knowledge base with current issues and solutions.
• Build automations to scale support throughput.
• Manage platform incidents during weekend hours and communicate status.
