In this part-time role, you’ll promote wine and merchandise, operate the POS, and assist with events and daily tasks, while maintaining an elegant tasting room presentation and outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with basic MS Office and reservation platforms (Tock/WineDirect or similar).
• Customer service mindset and commitment to guest experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in hospitality, wine service, or guest-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, conduct personalized tastings, lead educational tours for groups up to 30, share winery stories, provide recommendations, ensure memorable experiences.
