Tasting Room Expo in Sonoma County seeks an energetic Direct Sales & Hospitality Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote wine club memberships. This exempt role focuses on front-of-house service, wine education, and membership growth, with primary workdays Thursday through Monday.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, managing orders and shipping, coordinating tastings and events, and nurturing relationships within the local wine community to drive business

Qualificações

• Minimum 21 years of age with wine knowledge.
• 3–5 years of tasting room, hospitality and wine club management experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Professional, engaging demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Experience with wine industry CRM software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend wines, promote wine club memberships, and act as brand ambassador.
• Drive direct-to-consumer sales and ensure a polished guest experience.
• Share winery stories, vineyard origins, winemaking philosophy and history.
• Manage POS transactions, returns and discounts consistently.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in hospitality events.
• Lead customer service for DTC activities including orders, packing and shipping.
• Handle donations requests and report on activities as guided.
