Job summary

Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners in Healdsburg, CA, is seeking a Tasting Room Supervisor to lead our Estate House team with customer-at-heart hospitality.

Reporting to the Tasting Room Manager, you will train staff, support sales goals, and cover manager duties when needed while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role with Fridays through Tuesdays, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off, plus event support flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in tasting rooms in wine, beer or spirits.
• Previous sales, marketing and/or hospitality experience required.
• Strong guest engagement in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sales and customer account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model best practices of MacRostie hospitality, sales and service on the floor.
• Communicate daily goals and priorities with Tasting Room Management.
• Manage and host trade tastings with Trade Sales & Marketing Manager.
