Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a part-time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves full by unloading deliveries, stocking, and assisting customers. You’ll help with displays, endcaps, and front-facing merchandise while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend and morning shifts are required; the role offers a flexible schedule, daily pay, benefits for 30+ hours, an employee discount, and a supportive team culture in a blue-collar, customer-focused retail

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
