Northern Tool + Equipment seeks a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves full by unloading deliveries and stocking the floor. Help customers, greet shoppers, and assemble products for displays as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include merchandise sorting, endcap resets, backstock work, and assisting customers with carry-outs. The role values flexibility, reliability, and a love of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, cashier, stocking, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Love of tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
