Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and assist customers with displays. You will help with endcap resets and store front presentation, requiring a willingness to work weekends and lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
