Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep stores organized and shelves full by unloading deliveries and stocking the floor. You will also assist customers and assemble products for displays as needed.

The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on great service, flexible weekend/holiday availability, and a strong team culture. Expect duties including stocking, front-facing, and customer assistance, with a 15-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail, cashier, stocking or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Interest in tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Strong communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and place products in proper locations in-store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Work backstock bins and manage top stock.
• Assist customers with carry-outs and assemble products for customers or displays.
