Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves full by unloading deliveries, stocking, and assisting customers.

You will help with endcap resets, display assembly, and greeting customers with a service-focused mindset; must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Flexible weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, cashier, stocking, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Flexible availability; weekends and holidays may be required.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and move merchandise as needed.
• Strong communication and service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts and place products in correct locations.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store-front facing.
• Work backstock bins and top stock, ensuring products are accessible.
• Assist customers with carry-outs and assemble products for customers or displays.
