Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep stores organized by unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and assisting customers. This role emphasizes customer service and a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: mornings, 20 hours per week with some weekends; Spanish language skills preferred. Must be able to lift 70 lbs and work with a reliable work ethic to support displays and backstock.

Qualifications

• Retail, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability includes some weekends and holidays as needed.
• Love of tools & equipment and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts and stock shelves.
• Complete endcap resets and front-facing displays.
• Maintain backstock organization and top stock levels.
• Assist customers with carry-outs and display assembly.
