Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves stocked by unloading deliveries, moving products to the sales floor, and setting up displays. You’ll greet customers and assist with assembling products as needed, contributing to a friendly, service-focused store environment.

This role requires flexibility to work some weekends/holidays and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience is admired but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and place products in proper locations.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store-front facing.
• Work backstock bins and stock from top to bottom.
• Assist customers with carry-outs and assemble products for customers or displays.
