Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves full. You will unload deliveries, move products to the sales floor, and assist customers with carry-outs and displays as needed.

Open availability for 15–20 hours per week, with some weekends and holidays. A love of tools, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are important; prior retail or customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and place products in correct store locations.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and storefront facing tasks.
• Work backstock bins and retrieve top stock as needed.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to vehicles and help assemble products for display.
