Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves stocked. You’ll unload deliveries, move product to the sales floor, and assist customers as needed for a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility for weekend shifts, ability to lift 70 lbs, and a positive, service‑oriented attitude. Spanish language skills are preferred to better serve our customer base.

Qualifications

• Spanish language preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
