Apploi is seeking a reliable Labor Coordinator to oversee staffing and scheduling for nursing and support staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place each shift. This weekend-focused role requires an active CNA license and strong scheduling skills to meet facility demands.

Qualifications

Active CNA license required.
Proficient with Excel and Word.
Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred).
Solid understanding of AHCA regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to balance staff and facility needs.

Responsibilities

Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and CNAs.
Coordinate with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
Interpret HR policies for nursing staff and schedule training with the Director of Nursing.
Adjust schedules to cover call-outs, absences, and leaves.
Maintain attendance records and suggest corrective actions when needed.
