Apploi is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support nursing staffing at our facility. You will coordinate staffing schedules, handle staff coverage requests promptly, monitor coverage for resident care, and collaborate with management to resolve scheduling conflicts.

Requirements include two or more years of administrative/clerical experience with staffing experience; CNA/CMT certification is preferred. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and telemedicine options.

• Staffing experience is required.
• CNA/CMT certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
• Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
