Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (CNA) to manage daily to monthly staffing for nursing staff in our facility. You will schedule shifts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support floor operations as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA program completion, and an active state license. Prior scheduling in healthcare is preferred, with a focus on patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Must maintain an active CNA license in good standing.
• Prior staff scheduling experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for nursing staff.
• Ensure schedules comply with laws, regulations and Life Care standards.
• Coordinate staffing to meet patient care needs and occupancy.
• Communicate schedules clearly to staff and maintain documentation.
