Apploi is seeking a reliable Labor Coordinator to oversee staffing and scheduling for nursing and support staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place each shift. This weekend-focused role requires an active CNA license and strong scheduling skills to meet facility demands.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.

• Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred).
• Solid understanding of AHCA regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to balance staff and facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and CNAs.
• Coordinate with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
• Interpret HR policies for nursing staff and schedule training with the Director of Nursing.
• Adjust schedules to cover call-outs, absences, and leaves.
• Maintain attendance records and suggest corrective actions when needed.
