Arvato Bertelsmann in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Team Lead to manage daily Shipping operations in our fast-paced distribution center. You will oversee receiving, paperwork, performance tracking, and safety adherence to keep the operation efficient and secure.

The role requires proven shipping leadership, strong problem solving and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience and forklift certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Shipping experience in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Safety knowledge.
• Able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Forklift certified a plus.
