Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Team Lead for the Shipping department in our Kentucky distribution center. You will oversee daily shipping operations, manage performance and attendance, and uphold safety, organization and cleanliness. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse that values accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities include process improvements, 7s adherence, and flexible coverage for overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a shipping or distribution setting.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shipping department.
• Track performance and attendance for shipping personnel.
• Ensure safety, organization and cleanliness in the area.
