Arvato Bertelsmann in Shepherdsville, KY, is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day Shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse. You will supervise staff, ensure accuracy of paperwork, and track performance and attendance while upholding safety standards.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in SAP or warehouse systems a plus. Flexibility for overtime, holidays, and variable shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Shipping experience in a fast-paced distribution center
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Safety knowledge
• Able to perform in a fast-paced packaging environment
• Able to stand/walk for long periods
• SAP experience a plus
• Forklift certified a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities
