Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking a Team Lead for the Shipping department to oversee daily warehouse operations, paperwork, and safety compliance in a fast-paced distribution center. You will monitor performance, attendance, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while driving process improvements and adherence to company guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have proven shipping leadership, strong communication skills, and experience with SAP or forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Shipping experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Proven leadership abilities and supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and safety awareness.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
