Qualifications

• Shipping experience in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts and areas of the warehouse.
• Comfort with safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shipping department.
• Track performance and attendance of shipping personnel.
• Ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of the area.
• Lead departmental process improvements and SOP adherence.
• Manage paperwork related to received merchandise and shipping.
• Support cross-functional teams as needed.
