Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day Shipping department operations, handling incoming merchandise paperwork, tracking performance, and enforcing safety and organization. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvements, and adherence to 7s guidelines.

You will coordinate tasks to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse. The position requires shipping experience, strong supervision skills, and the ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Shipping experience in a fast paced distribution center environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Problemsolving, decision making, planning and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Safety knowledge
• Able to perform at a fast-paced packaging environment
• Perform accurately under stressful conditions
• Performing variety of duties asrequired
• Flexibility isa must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, different areas of the warehouse
• The ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Forklift certified a plus
• Previousexperience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Knowledge of SAPpertaining towarehouse activities
• Able to stand/walk forlong periodsof time
• Requires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend
• ManufacturingEnvironment/Warehouse Setting
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlledenvironment
• Travel: None
