Arvato is seeking a Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day Shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will manage merchandise from receipt through paperwork, track performance and attendance, and uphold safety, organization, and cleanliness.

The role requires leadership, problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office; forklift certification is a plus. Candidates should be able to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated shipping experience in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Problemsolving, decision making, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Safety knowledge.
• Able to perform at a fast-paced packaging environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shipping department.
• Track performance and attendance for shipping staff.
• Maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness.
• Support departmental process improvements and 7S guidelines.
• Handle all paperwork pertaining to merchandise from receipt.
