Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking a Team Lead to manage daily Shipping operations at our Kentucky facility. You will oversee the Shipping department, track performance, enforce safety, and ensure clean, efficient work areas.

Flexibility to cover overtime, holidays, weekends, and varying shifts is essential. The role requires proven shipping and leadership experience, strong problem solving and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping within a fast-paced distribution setting.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Safety-minded and able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shipping department.
• Track performance and attendance for shipping personnel.
• Ensure safety, organization and cleanliness in the area.
• Support process improvements and enforce 7s guidelines.
• Execute tasks to maintain efficient, safe and productive workflow.
