Mission Point Health Care is seeking a Nurse in the Clinical department to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinating total nursing care, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The position requires an LPN license in Michigan, CPR certification, and prior long-term care experience. The nurse will work with the Director of Nursing and CNAs to provide comprehensive care and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as an LPN.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident conditions and develop and update care plans.
• Administer medications per physician orders and facility policies.
• Make rounds, monitor residents, and coordinate with physicians and treatment teams.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on resident status and care.
