Job summary

Mission Point Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for part-time and full-time night shifts (6 PM–6 AM). You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and coordinate total nursing care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, performing treatments, supervising CNAs, and ensuring compliance with Michigan and federal regulations. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Michigan RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years' nursing experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
• Conduct rounds with physician and monitor treatments.
• Provide preventive, supportive, and rehabilitative care.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with DON.
• Ensure accurate documentation in medical records and PCC.
• Report incidents and communicate with supervisors.
