Job summary

Mission Point Health Care in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality nursing care and support department operations for residents. You will coordinate with the charge nurse and assist with tasks to support resident well-being.

You will follow individual care plans, assist with grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility, and daily activities, and document care in PCC while maintaining dignity and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or have completed a Michigan approved CNA training program and are eligible to test.
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or health care desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to residents with dignity and respect.
• Works with the care plan and reports needs and observations to the charge nurse.
• Attends to grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility per care plan.
• Maintains resident comfort, privacy and dignity during service delivery.
• Records care provided and observations in PCC as required.
