Mission Point Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse in Michigan to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents and coordinate total nursing care with management. This role involves daily reporting, supervising CNAs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions to implement care plans and record observations.
• Monitor residents, observe symptoms, and report changes to physicians.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and administration of medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate with DON, Unit Managers, physicians and family members on care plans.
