Responsibilities

• Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to clients during each interaction.
• Accurately enter and confirm client information in our database.
• Educate clients about our products and services and recommend additional solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Vredevoogd products and services.
