Job summary

The Sophia Way in Bellevue, WA is seeking compassionate Shelter Staff to support residents and volunteers, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment.

You'll apply crisis intervention, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care, assist with daily shelter operations, and report observations to leadership. This part-time weekend role offers a base hourly wage of $24.61 to $25.68 plus benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Background in social work, psychology, human services or related fields.
• Experience working with homeless populations.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently.

Responsibilities
