• Experience with homeless populations and shelter environments.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and act with compassion.
• Ability to document observations and incidents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well-being of residents in the shelter.
• Assist with daily shelter operations, including cleaning and meal setups.
• Report observations and incidents to shelter leadership for follow-up.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
