• Ability to document accurately and follow procedures in a fast-paced shelter.

• Reliable weekend availability and on-site work in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new arrivals and conduct basic intake.
• Respond to residents' immediate needs in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive manner.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of communal spaces and enforce shelter policies.
