Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year experience in advocacy, crisis or shelter support.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Demonstrated commitment to service and teamwork.
• Bilingualism strongly preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture a welcoming, trauma-informed environment for residents.
• Provide informal support, listen, and identify options with residents.
• Offer tours and off-hour activities based on needs and interests.
• Assist new residents with immediate needs and inventory maintenance.
